Somboun Guest House

Somboun Guest House is located between Champasak town and the famous Wat Phou Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Listed Monument. Not far from the overhead Welcome sign for 'Monument de Vat Phu', Somboun Guest House is approximately 3km from the entrance to the temple and around 5-7km to Champasak town and the ferry landing.

From the ferry crossing in Champasak Town, come out and turn left so you head into the centre of Champasak town, heading towards Wat Phu and away from the primary school.

Continue straight along this road, through Champasak town and it's small cluster of guest houses. Continue along this road for approximately 15 minutes, passing over a bridge. Somboun Guest House is on the right hand side when heading towards Wat Phou and just before an intersection in the road with a street veering off to the left and the large, over the road, "welcome sign" to "Monument de Vat Phu".
