The Green House is located above Tad Hang Waterfall, on the banks of the Seset River, half way between reception and the Red House and Tad Lo and the Blue House.
This one large, wooden building is raised on stilts is also known as the 'Friendship Lao-Thai Building' as the Thai Princess has stayed in the house on previous visits to Tad Lo.
The Green House comprises standard twin rooms and larger double suites which are accessed from entering the main building and its large communal area which the rooms are based off. The house is designed to have the large communal area in the centre of the house and the guest rooms and suites on the edges, allowing each room to have access to an outdoor balcony.
The standard rooms are smaller and more basic than the suites but still has the character Sayse Guest House and Resort is known for. Rooms come with 4-poster twin beds with mosquito nets and have a fan, cable television, dressing table and balcony. These rooms are comfortable for those not needing the extra space, atmosphere and decoration of the Green House suites. Rooms come with a large, private bathroom with hot water shower.
The suites are very large rooms with a private balcony over looking the Seset River and Tad Hang waterfall. The balcony and rooms are well furnished and come with 2 fans, a dining set, high ceiling and large, modern bathroom with hot water shower. The suites have a 4-poster, Queen sized bed draped with a romantic mosquito net.
The Green House, with 9 rooms and suites, can also be rented out by families, groups of friends or work parties making this a fun, private environment by occupying the whole house.
