Sayse Guest House and Resort Tad Lo is a unique property with a prime setting on the Seset River with spectacular views of Tad Lo and Tad Hang waterfalls. Guest rooms vary in style and amenities and are based in different coloured houses spread out along the river and falls, all amongst a natural, tree-shaded setting that entices relaxation.

Sayse Guest House and Resort is ideal for family and friends to unwind in a beautiful, peaceful and fun, natural setting with well furnished guest rooms that ensure comfort and privacy. This incredible location at the base of Tad Lo and Tang Hang waterfalls has outdoor seating and garden areas to enjoy the scenery. The restaurant has a good range of Lao and International cuisine and is superbly set with indoor or outdoor seating on the lower Seset River with immediate views of Tad Hang waterfall and Tad Lo in the distance.

Guest rooms are based in houses, with a choice of 3 coloured houses varying in style and location. The Green House on the upper Tad Hang waterfall is a large building on stilts with a spacious communal area inside from where guest rooms are accessed from. The Blue House is the furthest away from reception and located on the upper falls, at the base of Tad Lo waterfall with a short path through the trees and rocks to view this spectacular waterfall. The Red House is close to reception, with no immediate waterfall or river view, yet just a stones throw from away. Surrounded by gardens and trees, the Red House comprises rooms which give a bungalow feel within the house and feature a communal terrace.

Due to the large property and distance between accommodation and reception, staff can provide guests with transfers to their room from reception. The restaurant and reception area has a number of magazines and books as well as local information guest can utilise whilst at the resort.
