Belgium born and raised, Mathieu found himself on holidays in Laos 7 years ago and immediately fell in love with the country, especially the 4,000 Islands where he saw the potential to make a life for himself and invest in a guest house here. [Read more]Energy and Water Usage.
Little Eden is conscious about the environment and water conservation. To minimize their impact, bed linen and bath towels are changed on request otherwise only on check-out. This not only prolongs the life of the linen, but also reduces unnecessary water consumption, detergent use and energy expenditure. All washing is hung dry, not machine dried which also reduces energy consumption.
By staying at Little Eden and not requesting for linen and towels to be changed, you are helping the local environment by saving clean water and energy as well as reducing the use of detergents.
