This location is an ideal base for exploring the waterfalls in the region, the islands of Si Pan Don with Don Khone and Don Det being within close proximity and also a convenient stop on the way to or from Cambodia via Route 13 South.

Getting there
Khonephapheng Resort & Golf Club is located in Ban Thakor, Khong District, Champasak Province on Route 13 South.
From Pakse: Follow the main road; Route 13 South, out of Pakse heading south. Khonephapheng Resort is approximately 147 km from Pakse on sealed road. When approaching Ban Thakhor, both Khonephapheng Resort and the waterfall are well sign posted. The resort is located 2km before the waterfall on the right hand side.
From Veun Khan, Cambodia: Upon entering Laos, Route 13 is the main road heading north. Follow this road for approximately 45 minutes, looking out for the signs for Khonephapeng waterfall which is off to the left hand side, and 2 km afterwards Khonephapeng Resort & Golf Course is also on the left hand side.
