Daovone Guest House

Daovone Guest House is one of the closest guest houses to the UNESCO world heritage listed Wat Phou Temple in Champasak. This guest house is in a quiet location surrounded by local houses which gives a fantastic insight into traditional Lao life and just 6km from the centre of Champasak Town and ferry crossing. Rooms are very clean with king sized beds and cold water ensuite bathrooms. The friendly, English speaking staff run a restaurant and provide guests with bicycle and motorbike rental.

Daovone Guest House is situated just before the large, over road Welcome sign for 'Monument de Vat Phu' which is a short 2km down the road.

Guest rooms are clean, cool and comfortable; however the private bathrooms provide cold water only and have local squat toilets. All rooms come with a king-sized bed, fan, bath towels and toilet paper. Rooms are very clean and staff are very friendly.

Daovone Guest House has a small shop selling essentials as well as a restaurant serving home cooked meals from the host.

The owners can also provide guests with motorbike and bicycle rental; a perfect way of getting to Wat Phou and around Champasak town.

Cancellations with less than 8 days notice will incur a 50% charge of the booking.
In the event of no-show on the date of check-in, a charge of 100% will apply.
