The management of Champasak Palace Hotel recognise the importance of staff education, longevity and fair employment. Staff members of the hotel have the option of living onsite with staff accommodation provided for all employees if desired. This not only encourages a team atmosphere but also ensures those employees originally from outside of Pakse and the Provinces have a fair chance of work and are looked after.

Management also accommodate employees who study to benefit their career. Many of the Champasak Palace Hotel staff are undertaking further education whilst also getting essential work experience in a well known and established hotel at the same time they are looked after and provided with accommodation. These employees are the future of Laos with an excellent skill set and professional experience in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.
